How to read the ZEC liquidation heatmap
Every bar is a price level where a large amount of leveraged ZEC positions would be liquidated. The longer the bar, the more money sits there.
- Green bars above price are ZEC short liquidations. If Zcash rises into them, shorts are forced to buy – that can push the price up faster.
- Red bars below price are ZEC long liquidations. If Zcash falls into them, longs are forced to sell – that can accelerate a drop.
- The gold line is the current ZEC price.
