How to read the LTC liquidation heatmap
Every bar is a price level where a large amount of leveraged LTC positions would be liquidated. The longer the bar, the more money sits there.
- Green bars above price are LTC short liquidations. If Litecoin rises into them, shorts are forced to buy – that can push the price up faster.
- Red bars below price are LTC long liquidations. If Litecoin falls into them, longs are forced to sell – that can accelerate a drop.
- The gold line is the current LTC price.
