How to read the ICP liquidation heatmap
Every bar is a price level where a large amount of leveraged ICP positions would be liquidated. The longer the bar, the more money sits there.
- Green bars above price are ICP short liquidations. If Internet Computer rises into them, shorts are forced to buy – that can push the price up faster.
- Red bars below price are ICP long liquidations. If Internet Computer falls into them, longs are forced to sell – that can accelerate a drop.
- The gold line is the current ICP price.
