How to read the TAO liquidation heatmap
Every bar is a price level where a large amount of leveraged TAO positions would be liquidated. The longer the bar, the more money sits there.
- Green bars above price are TAO short liquidations. If Bittensor rises into them, shorts are forced to buy – that can push the price up faster.
- Red bars below price are TAO long liquidations. If Bittensor falls into them, longs are forced to sell – that can accelerate a drop.
- The gold line is the current TAO price.
